CNC

VMC
Vertical Machining Centers
A VMC is a machine with a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) controller. As mentioned, the cutting head in this milling machine is vertical and is a particular type of milling machine where the spindle runs in a vertical axis known as the “z” axis. They are typically enclosed and most often used for cutting metal.

Die Casting
Die Casting Machine
Die casting is a manufacturing process in which molten metal is poured or forced into steel molds. The molds—also known as tools or dies—are created using steel and are specially designed for each project. This allows each component to be created with accuracy and repeatability.
Benefits:
- Die casting produces parts that are durable and dimensionally stable, while maintaining close tolerances. They are also heat resistant.
- Die cast parts are stronger than plastic injection moldings having the same dimensions.
DTM
Drilling Tapping Machine
Drilling machines and tapping machines are used to drill or thread holes in a surface. A thread tapping machine is used for tapping taper holes. A pneumatic tapping machine is a tapping machine that is driven by compressed air.
Benefits:
- High-speed tapping centers set up with a rigid tap can thread holes in a fraction of the time it would take to thread mill the same holes.
- The main advantage of the drill machine is that the holes can be made in the workpiece with greater speed and other drilling operations can also be performed at a decent speed.
Up Stroke Forging Press Machine

Forging Presses are an answer for the Forging of Round, Square and Hexagonal Headed Bolts as well as for Nuts, Rivets, Motor Parts, Cycle Parts varieties of such other items. These presses are very simple in operation and their stroke can be achieved pressing a lever provided on the left hand column on the front of the Forging Press.

Down Stroke Forging Press Machine
Forging Press (Down Stroke)
These friction screw presses are preferred for hot forming (Forgings) and cold coining, stamping, embossing, sizing nonferrous metals. The press body is steel welded construction one piece box type design. After the welding the press body is glowed free from tension.

Power Press
